Booking Terms

25% of the total is charged as a non-refundable deposit upon confirmation
The balance is payable 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date

Cancelation Policy

45 to 30 days before arrival : 30% of the remaining balance
29 to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the remaining balance
14 days or less before arrival / no show : 100% of the remaining balance

Note: The above rates are per week per villa.
Maximum capacity for villa Prinolithos: 8 people
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Shorter stays are upon request.
