Practically perfect in every way

Wonderful stay. The villa is in the most beautiful location: stunning view of the hill and the bay. Big skies, azure sea on the horizon as you look past the clean infinity pool.The style of the house is traditional with lots of lovely spots to sit out. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably.Very well provided with all mod cons including excellent wifi.

The charming hosts left a welcome of key ingredients and cleaners, pool guy (Steve) and handymen (Christos and Menalaos) visit regularly to check all in tip top shape.

Another Blissful Experience in Gavalochori

We were welcomed back to Anna's accommodation in Gavalochori with open arms. While we had stayed at there sister villa, Prinolithos, this was our first time experiencing Armonia, right next door, but very very private. We were not disappointed.

The view is so incredible that it is hard to imagine you'll ever want to leave the villa, you could spend hours just looking down to Almyrida, and Souda Bay. We love the goats just below the house, in the neighbouring paddock, and enjoy watching them as the sun sets before we head out to the village for dinner. We HIGHLY recommend eating at Monica's Taverna down the hill in the nearest village, Gavalochori, and enjoyed lunch, dinner and even breakfast there many many times, the staff are so inviting and friendly and the food delicious. Anna went out of her way, as did her cleaning, gardening and pool staff to make sure the property was so well maintained, always clean and had excellent customer service. Villa Armonia is our home away from home, we will be back. Thank You Anna.

Top villa with beautiful garden and swimming pool

Villa Prinolithos is a beautiful villa. It's located a few km from Vamos and Gavalochori, you can go to this places by walking or by car, walking takes about 25 minutes. The property is very well taking care up and was perfect clean upon arrival, during our stay it was very well taking care of by the cleaners.

When we arrived Anna and Athonis (the owners) were there and explained everything to us. The service from them and from all the other involved was really perfect, in case of any problem just call them and it's arranged (we had problem with the water and it was cleared the same day)! We have been walking around Vamos, visiting Chania, Rethymnon and had a dive cursus. The boat trip to Balos and Gramvoussa was beautiful and exciting, you should do this. For breakfast (in case you don't take it at home go to Almerida to The Cafe Francoise (cheap, friendly and very good with fresh orange juice. All the resaurants in Gavalochori were more than good and really cheap. Real good food and prices as well in Taverna Babis in Geourgipoulis and everywhere dessert for free!! But the best of food and service was one km from Vamos... restaurant Parasia is the best, top service, try the salads and for children very good chickensouvlaki. We would highly recommend this villa and Apokoronas in general. Thanks Anna and Athonis and we will return!!

Wonderfull place

We enjoyed really with our family the holiday in Villa Prinolithos. It is perfect for a family 2 generations with the seperate flat downstairs. Anna the house owner and house manager was very friendly and helpfull. All what you need for your daily need (bread, supermarket, restaurants) can be found only 5 min away by car.

The local restaurants with traditional food are perfect. Really good lunch and not expensive. The Villa is only 10-15 min away from the next beach. Many thanks Klaus.
